# I just bought a corn plant and a cat palm from Walmart because both…

I just bought a corn plant and a cat palm from Walmart because both were only $7 and pretty big. There’s some browning on both but I’m sure I’ll be able to nurse them back to health. Does anyone have advice on when to water both and what kind of sunlight they like? I’ve never had either so I’m looking for someone with personal experience, since google didn’t help much.

I have no experience with either plant but my biggest recommendation would be find the right soil combo and repot asap. I never trust that a box store plant doesn’t come with bugs.
