Therapy Thursday! What’s one way your plants bring you peace this week?

I repotted a few plants this week! I call it my dirt therapy. It is my quiet time in a busy world 🖤

I pruned and closely checked a few of my plants yesterday while the kids napped and it was really fun to just have quiet time to zone in on something with no distractions

How I’ve arranged my plants throughout my house makes my home feel so cozy and warm. When life gets chaotic, the plants in my home calm my soul. 🥰

I’ve actually gifted a couple of my duplicate plants this week. Sharing the love of plant life has become a thing I do now and brings me such joy.

I get so preoccupied with their care and health that sometimes I don't just look at them for days or weeks. Then, suddenly, I'll look up from work or chores and be like "oh wow, there really are plants everywhere in here and it looks awesome" and that moment feels great 😂
