I keep finding grasshoppers on all of my plants outside, and there are always holes eaten through the leafs. Are the holes from the grasshoppers or some other bug?

It is most likely from those grasshoppers

Grasshoppers do eat leaves. If you post pictures of the damage or grasshoppers i might be able to tell you more
