Hello everyone, I hope all is well. A few months ago I was gifted an olive bonsai. It spent the summer being really healthy and growing a ton. At the end of the summer and past few weeks, it has dried up, the green of the leaves has darkened, and the leaves are curled up. I am not sure whether I am over watering or doing something else wrong, are there any tips to help diagnose the issue and save my plant? For additional context it faces west and is placed right beside a window.

It looks dehydrated. You can try watering more often. You also might check the roots; plants from the Mediterranean area tend to thrive in relatively poor quality soil, so they can be vulnerable to root rot in regular potting soil
