The gal on the right was one of my first plants ever and she's grown like a champ since the day I got her. Love this and love these plants!!! The variegation can be sooo pretty too. My first one way back when I’m pretty sure got root rot because one day it suddenly flopped right over from the base… and I chopped it, stuck it in water, and it grew roots. 3 years later and I have 3 very happy healthy plants. 😍 So yes I agree a great beginner plant! I personally have had success literally just cutting the stem (so that no floppy/mushy part remains) and sticking it in water. My first (and only) is a standard green that came (tiny) out of an arrangement i received a few years ago as a birthday gift.
