So. For those of you with skylights, how do you count the distance of feet? I feel like the Skylight brings in more light because it’s above and quite direct though sometimes through an interact glass plane depending on style. I don’t want it to be incorrect in the app, but I feel like there’s some plant math I’m not aware of.

I have the same question! My app claims some of my plants aren’t getting enough light but they get direct sun via the skylight for at least an hour per day. They’re also doing quite well. Would love to hear the community input on this one. Great question

I have rooms with windows in different locations, so I have divided the rooms into multiple locations based on the closest window to the pot.
Skylights I count as Full sun in the summer and then just what ever distance the pot is to it.
But since I live in northern Sweden we have 22h daylight in the summer and 3h in the winter, so I just change the amount of light for each location during the year. So my skylights become Low light locations in the winter.

Use the light meter on the app. Test it morning/afternoon/night and you'll get an idea for the light lumens

You can access it through the Site and lighting. Or just on the magnifying 🔎 menu
