Hello I need plant help asap.  
My plant was thriving iv had it the longest and was my first indoor plant I ever had, it was happy and thriving but over the heat wave we put air con on and I didn’t relise how damaging it would be I only had the air con on for a day and my plant in in a bad way has anyone got any tips for me please to bring it back im so upset not the best photo but you can see it standing tall and proud behind my cards  
The other one is it today what can I do

If it was in the direct blast of an AC vent it most likely is going through some humidity issues. They love warm tropical environments so cold breezes are hard for them to handle, if you can move him to an area away from ac drafts and give home some humidity boost (humidifier or pebble tray) they should bounce back, it will take some time though. Warmth and humidity will help recovery.

Will it do good on a window sill iv always had it in the middle of the room so i don’t want to burn the leafs while its warming up

A windowsill works well, since it was in the middle of the room, when you move it to the window sill make sure it has a sheer curtain to help filter some of the light and that will prevent it from burning

Okay Thankyou iv got vertical blinds but the sun only gets bright during the afternoon in my area im so sad about my plant
