Can anyone tell me what this white stuff is on my inch plant?? I’ve been out of town for a few days and just noticed it when I got back. Everything else on the plant looks healthy but I just wasn’t sure if I should be concerned about this??

Might be spider mites

Could be mealy bugs. They leave white fuzz all over.
