Sooo… what’s going on here? Nearly all of the leaves on my bird of paradise have white and yellow streaks that are super pretty. I’m wondering if this is a permanent thing that I can expect to continue on through more leaves, or is this more about the lighting? TIA

It looks like variegation! The more sunlight it gets the more variegation it will show! You must have a variegated bird of paradise and didn’t know it!

Well, that’s what I was hoping someone would say! Haha I bought this for like $8.00! It looks pretty different from photos online of variegated birds of paradise though, so that made me a bit confused, but hopefully it really is
