# Someone HELP! I found this on my office monstera. Little piles of…

Someone HELP! I found this on my office monstera. Little piles of brown stuff on the top and bottoms of some of the leaves. Wipes off easily. The internet says either rust fungus or thrips? I don’t see a single bug, so I’m leaning toward rust fungus. Any tips or advice appreciated!

Looks like rust fungus. It was on my monstera. I cut off the affected leaves.

There’s like 5 affected leaves. Is there a way I can clean them to save some of them?

Some people use cinnamon powder to stop fungus from spreading but I haven’t tried myself
