Should I repot my stromanthe trio-star?

I feel like in some parts of the bottom of the pot, the roots are starting to poke out (pictures attached). I am scared of repotting her as she is delicate, but I am also scared of not repotting her if she needs it.

Any guidance welcome 😊

It doesn’t look rootbound yet to me, so I would wait until roots are circling around the bottom of the pot.
