# Hello Everyone! I have no idea what plant this is, i have tried…

Hello Everyone! I have no idea what plant this is, i have tried everything but they all say something different. It currently has thrips (lots of them) but i can’t find help because i don’t know what plant it is. The plant is also losing leaves at an alarming rate, any help is needed

Get insecticidal soap. Separate the plant from others because thrips can fly.

Spray insecticidal soap every three days for two weeks. Then wait and see if you got them all. That is my tried and true method of getting rid of thrips.

It sort of looks like a cast iron plant but i’m not 100% sure.

Do you have any other pics of the front of the leaves? I can’t quite tell either what it may be.
