How can I save these ? They’ve been in my grandmas backyard my whole life but now they look sad !

Personally I would pull them and pot them and give them some TLC

I get it!!! Honestly find a good nursery pot and after repotting…. Slowly acclimate them to the location you want to move them…. So if they’ve been living there, pot them and leave them where they are and monitor how they are doing. After a few days move them closer towards where you want them. This way they acclimate to the change better. Unless you’re taking them inside… then just bite the bullet and do it
