Noticed this on my wax plant and is now getting worse. Repotted about 3 weeks ago because it was ready for more space. Are they bugs or mold? Or something else? I have it quarantined regardless, just want to know what it is so I can start treating.

Help!!!

It ciuld be fungal, if you arent seeing pests.

Any DIY methods you have used before going to a fungicide?

I default to Growsafe, but Peroxide, either straight or 1:3 dilution will work as a fungicide. I'd apply it every few days.
