I need help! All of a sudden my calathea look like this.

Dr Planta says she’s thirsty but I watered her and nothing. Her light hasn’t changed and I’ve had her for almost a year.

Any advice?

Maybe you gave her to much water, Calathea also have often diseases

Her leaves are clean and I don’t see pests. I haven’t checked her roots yet cause I just watered her yesterday.

What about misting? Maybe it needs more humidity!

It’s in my bathroom so it should get a lot when we shower. But I did give it some extra today.

Calatheas are INCREDIBLY picky, so don’t feel too bad. Sometimes they just do this for no reason, but definitely try helping her out in any way you can.

Me with this girl. She randomly started getting crispy edges literally after blooming. Like girl I thought we were happy what is happening?!?!?

1\. Check for bugs  
2\. If it’s not bugs it probably needs a bigger pot
