More light ☀️ but she is a beauty 😍

I agree with the previous comment, lots more light, and you'll get beautiful variegation. More light also equals faster growth, at least for me, I already had to chop her more than 5 times,

Yes more light is always good for plants, but that doesn’t guarantee more white. It depends on the plant’s genes too
