We need some details, maybe some fresh photos, anything to tell us what’s going on with it first

I’m still a teen and my mom won’t let me enable photos for others even if it’s not of me but it’s brown molding bunch’s of ants I had to cut 3 Leafs off it today and it’s left wi the one terrible shriveled leaf

If there’s ants you’ll need to repot it, see if you have any roots left but it needs repotting the sooner the better if you want to save. Mold means too much water. It might be too late but inspecting the roots is a must, no roots or mushy roots means no more plant. I hope this helps and if it doesn’t I’m so so sorry. Next time you notice any pest in the soil repot and clean the roots immediately, if it’s any type of bugs on the plant check for beneficial bugs online or get the right insecticide for it with your mom’s help
