Monsteras won’t mature until they are properly supported. You’ll have a better chance and bigger healthier leaves if she’s supported properly. Coco coir poles and moss poles are both great options

Sydney Plant Guy on YouTube has full tutorials on how to make, pot up, support and care for moss poles

I agree with Alyssa. YouTube is a great way to figure it out. I personally got a bendable coco coir pole from Amazon and some plant Velcro so if don’t feel like actually making a pole yourself it’s a good option. But the tutorial is great to help you learn where it needs support without harming the plant growth.
