# I know it’s relative to the plant, but what’s the average brightness…

I know it’s relative to the plant, but what’s the average brightness for lights?  
Currently running two of these:  
LED Plant Growing lamp, 3000K Full Spectrum Grow Light Strips for Indoor Plants with 3/9/12H Timer \& 10 Dimmable Levels, Led Growth Light for Green House Hydroponics Succulent

I have this set up, and currently on high for about 10-12 hours, but I’m afraid to burn them and not bring them back.  
While testing, is it easier to heal from starting brighter and dim as needed or dim and brighten as needed?  
I have another stand ordered and it will be closer to a window so I can spread these out more!
