Having all your plants in the same watering schedule is not healthy for your plants. Their water needs vary depending on the variety of plant, household humidity, pot size, type of soil, etc.

No each plant is different so each plant has a specific watering regimen so check to see if the soil is completely dry and then what are your plan or at least the top layer of soil and make sure each pot has a drainage hole in the bottom

You can only water plants on the same schedule if they have the same amount of drying out time. It doesn’t necessarily matter what size /medium, so long as you give them enough time in between. Eg, a small succulent that wants little water and to be on the dryer side, a medium fiddle leaf fig that wants medium water, and a larger peace lily that wants a lot of water could all potentially be watered every three weeks ish. Granted this isn’t exact, and more for ‘in theory’. You’ll have to figure out what your plants like based off of what types of plants and what sizes and the frequency of watering that they like. If they want the same amount of water and frequency, then yes you can. Just be sure to watch for any changes in need if they don’t stay at the same pace. 1/2
