I am changing all of my house plants over to bottom watering pots. How often do you put water there? Do you keep water in the bottom all the time?

It depends on the environment, what soil, plants, and pot sizes but for arid plants refill the water every other week id say, and tropical every few days. Constant moisture can lead to root rot, poor oxygen flow, and mold so it isnt recommended there always be water in the bottom but a little should be fine.

I would water under when you would usually water them. Let it get the water it needs I would wait for 10 minutes. Then poor out the water so they’re is no root rot.
