What PlantLady and Kim both said are really helpful. Money trees require (I’d say) indirect medium light.. I have mine in a north facing window and he does really good there. Hope yours gets better!

Money trees like to be in tight pots because they have small root systems. Your pot looks really big, especially for one trunk

My money tree has 5 trunks and it’s in a 4” pot.

She came in that pot when I bought her and she literally lost all of her branches. She had four that she lost. I’m down to one please help me. What do I do to keep her alive?

They like to dry out completely before being watered, and it probably got over watered, leading to root rot. I’d check the roots and cut off any rotten ones, spray the rest with hydrogen peroxide to kill any remaining bacteria, and repot into a chunky well draining soil in a much smaller pot.

And in the future, only water when it is 100% dry

Thank you so very much. I truly appreciate your advice. I am going to go to the store right away and get everything I need to replant my baby and I definitely 100% in the future well wait till she’s 100% dry before I water her again. I used to give her four pieces of ice when she had all her baby branches, but now she’s down to one so how many ice cubes should I put now?

And don’t forget, even with the right pot, soil, and watering it will still die without any light. ☀️🌞
