It looks pretty far gone. It appears to have been overwatered. Mine is now 6' tall. I water once a week and it's potted in a sandy soil that does not retain water. They like the soil to dry completely before watering. As far as saving it, you could try to clean off all of the soil and just let it air dry for a few days before repotting it into new soil and be very cautious of overwatering. Good luck.

Wow it got delivered to me overwatered :( I didn’t even get a chance to water it

Try contacting them for a refund/new plant.

I did, sent pics too. Hoping to hear back soon, would want a new plant

Definitely root rot and DEFINITELY overwatered.
