UPDATE: Heard from customer service and they offered refund or replacement.

What’s your experience with purchasing plants from Planta? I’m posting here because I haven’t gotten a reply from customer service. I bought two plants. One (monstera) looks great but the philodendron came with issues.

I have no personal experience, but others on here have not had great experience with the plants they bought. Sorry!

Can’t find customer service …just looking for a refund for a year subscription I accidentally bought. Can’t figure out site and I didn’t want it anyway

Costa farms has good plants. On line

There are icons at the bottom of your home page. The shop is on the far right.

Not all countries have it. I'm in the UK and it's not available to us.

Very hard to negotiate site keep trying. I am still looking to get a refund on a subscription I accidentally bought
