# This is Ellie (Triple Ellie) our Burgundy Rubber Plant. We had her…

This is Ellie (Triple Ellie) our Burgundy Rubber Plant. We had her for about 3 months before I decided to repot her bc she came in 3’s. 2 months after repotting her these 3 shot up out of know where! Are these baby rubber plants?? I know one is practically dead but the other 2 are reaching (hoping they make it).

no!!!! those are probably weeds that made it into your soil mix. rubber plant seedlings have large, bulbous seeds and their leaves have points. however, this is a sign that she's not getting enough light. the seedlings are incredibly stretched out which is not normal. remove the seedlings and move to a sunnier spot
