Jade Money Maker Brown Leaves

Hi, small issue right now but I’m just wondering why this Jade is developing some browning on leaves lower on the stem? It’s been solid all summer, same spot in a south facing window.

My best guess is either possible over-watering or it needs to be re-potted.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated!
