Update on my Monsterra Deliciosa.
Are these nodes suppose to be above soil or under soil. I see these 2 nodes here. Maybe the leaf turned yellow cause I covered the nodes up with soil before? This window is on the West side of my house.

It’s fine. The plant probably decided the leaf was taking more nutrients than it provided. It’s a delicate balance.
The pot looks really big, though. Are you sure the plant has enough roots to adequately fill the pot? A good rule of thumb is that a pot should only be 1”-2” larger than the root ball. If I’m repotting in cold weather I typically keep it on the smaller size, since growth slows and the soil won’t dry out as quickly.

I think that may have been the issue but the roots were huge! So I thought it was a good time to repot cause it was about close to a year. Should I put it back into a nursery pot that’s just an inch bigger than its previous one? I don’t wanna shock it too much. I am in central Florida.

it looks like an aerial root so it’s fine if it is above.
