Does anyone have any experience with this plant? Amydrium Medium ‘Silver’ also sold as ‘Silver Spiderman’

It’s been very slow growing. Have it in 60% humidity- watering throughly when dry - gets 12 hours of bright indirect light with east facing window and I also supplement with grow lights with my plants in afternoon.

Does it have aerial roots trying to come out of the stem?

Just saw your post when adding this plant as I just got one. Any tips?
