# Hi everyone I’ve never done this but keep seeing conflicting messages…

Hi everyone I’ve never done this but keep seeing conflicting messages online so I thought I’d try asking here… I got a lovely marble pothos plant about a month ago and she’s been gaining yellowing leaves and drooping lately so I know I did something but idk if it’s too much/little water or too much/little sunlight?

You should check to see if there are any pests. You could also be overwatering or under watering I know that’s literally me just saying everything it could possibly be, but you can’t really rule out anything for stuff like this. My rule out anything I mean exclude anything from things you check

Kinda looks like you are over watering it, they like to completely dry out before they are watered again, check the soil 2 inches deep for dryness before watering again.

I agree it looks like overwatering. Check the roots for any root rot, remove any and clean the good ones in peroxide water before repotting. Make sure you have well draining soil and only water when it needs it. Always check the soil first before watering and don’t leave it sitting in water. Hope this helps!
