What kind of plant is this? My husband got it for me for Valentine’s Day.

Looks like an Isabella peperomia per my phone app.

Possibly a Peperomia rotundifolia. I honestly can’t tell the difference between that and the one sunny suggested so I’d look into them to see if you can determine the exact type but definitely a Peperomia.

Perhaps Pilia microphilia? Isabella is a good idea too it's hard to id from a picture.

A little more detail would be necessary to be sure. What do the leaves look like? For example are they opposite, alternate, or whorled? They look a little waxy but not too much? Sometimes it's hard to idea when you're standing in front of the plant and this one has a lot of similar looking possibilities.

It’s a peperomia deppeana, looks identical to mine. Tropical mix, and at least indirect light. Mine is getting a bit of direct right now and seems to be doing well.
