Hi,  
I am relatively new to the plant scene and I have a couple of plants.

This has happened to one of them and I’m not sure what I am meant to do with it.

Any advice would be great :)

Yup, that’s a flower! Keep it but cut it off once it’s done blooming.

Once all the flowers have shriveled up. One of my succulents is blooming too!
