I agree looks like a young Syngonium to me as well . Maybe a confetti?

Are we sure it is a confetti? I have an unidentified arrowhead that I am currently going through the “strawberry” cultivars for, and i think it is “strawberry milk”, but it could also be “strawberry cream”, or maybe possibly even just a confetti with really large pink spots. These arrowhead cultivars are out of control and so close to each other 🤣. I am attaching my actual confetti in this reply, and will post my unidentified one in another reply.
