Hi! I need some help identifying a plant. I initially thought it was a monstera but the leaves are a lot thicker than any monstera I have seen. It also has slight variegation. I definitely need some help with this one.

Agreed. Looks like a variegated raindrop/coin leaf Peperomia. You need any tips for it?

definitely a peperomia - coin leaf sounds right to me, too
