I’ve never used it but it looks like it can be beneficial for plants that thrive with nitrogen-rich fertilizers, such as leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, kale), herbs (basil, parsley), and flowering plants. However, succulents and cacti may not benefit as much since they require minimal nitrogen.

It’s useless. The plant food is negligible. Better to use grass clippings from the compost pile to get more nutrients than use this. It’s advertising to make customers feel better about recycling. Consider it packing material and properly dispose of it.

This. I’ve read it’s like .01 nitrogen. It’s nothing, and could kill your plant. Best to just toss it in the garbage.

Please do not. It has almost no actual nutrient value and is just so this company can claim 'green' status
