I’m not sure what it is but I tend to scrape it off the top. It doesn’t seem done any damage as of yet though so I think it’s harmless but someone might know better than me #### Kさんが2024-09-06に返信しました Ok so I looked it up and it says it can be from tap water that makes hard water practically on top of the soil #### Chuckさんが2024-09-06に返信しました Oh that’s weird though because I used bottled water on some of the plants that got this. But maybe it was left over residue rising to the top from the store I bought it from. #### Soutaさんが2024-09-06に返信しました If it’s regular bottled water it’s considered hard with all the added minerals. I live in London so I really dare not use the tap water on my plants 🤢 #### Manic1さんが2024-09-06に返信しました Chuck, I also live in London and have been using tap water for all of my plants. I try to leave it sitting uncovered for at least 24 hours but occasionally it’s straight out of the tap or hosepipe, especially on hot days. I also have been adding banana skin water and nearly all of my plants are thriving. I’m about 10 minutes away from Liverpool Street train station so I’m pretty central too.
