Stones seem glued on

so normally i’d tell ya no — they really don’t need to be repotted. near-total neglect \& bright light is about all Zz wants or needs BUT — since this is a weird decorative thing with potentially glued on stones and no drainage. I vote yes!

Terra cotta is a good option for these. They aid in drying — which is critical for Zz as they’re native to extremely arid climates — and sometimes the rhizomes in these bad boys can get so big they bust the pot — so don’t put it in anything you really love. A well draining, sandy soil is best for these

Thank you, I’m not sure why they do that to plants.

Or stick that fake neon spike ball on top of the cactus stump!! Don’t get me started!😆

I got a gift once with those stones. They ultimately fell apart. I have had great luck with drilling holes in any pots with no drainage. Occasional cracking but not good without a hole.
