Gm! Does one use blooming fertilizer year round? If Planta shows both fertilizer for green plants and blooming fertilizer?

I still haven’t found out what planta is referring to when it asks for fertilizer for green plants. However, regarding the use between blooming fertilizer and green fertilizer. I would assume that bloom fertilizer is best used in the spring and summer on plants that will keep blooming all season long. Where as green plant fertilizer can be used once the blooms stop. For some plants this can happen as soon as late spring. Also, it probably goes without saying, but no fertilizer should be used in the fall or winter. That’s when the plants go to rest.
