What are these odd beetle-like creatures that are living off of my plant? They showed up when I added moss to the same pot as my wild carrot.

How should I get rid of them?

You can use an insecticidal soap, or make your own, a few drops of castille soap in water and spray on. If you don't have an aphids pesticide
