Can someone PLEASE give me tips for this plant, it was my grandmothers and I want to keep it alive so bad! I’ve had one and it didn’t do so well. I was just given this one it had bad root rot, I’m adding perlite to the soil and trying anything I can to get it healthy again but any tip you could give I’d love you for! thank you all in advance!❤️

Here’s another picture of the one I had before its never grown at all and I’ve had it for half a year

AGLEONEMA SPOTTED?!? if it doesn't have good roots I'd let it root in pure wet perlite / water since it looks like it needs strength more than structure

Thank you so much! I’ve got some in water already trying to get some roots back so thanks for reassuring me there I have no clue what I’m doing with this plant so I appreciate that!

The one that's never grown you may want to fertilize and assess it's light situation

I’ll add some next watering! Do you know what kind of lighting it should be in by chance? Thank you so much for your help!

It should have bright indirect light ideally. Though they tolerate low light situations.

There is a light meter on here. You can test with too
