This my avacado plant and his old leaves start to brown like in the photo but now his new ones are too and I recently moved him outside and repotted him into a bigger pot. This has been happening since I’ve gotten him any suggestions. Every was sterilized when dealing with him.

The sticks were washed in 1 part bleach 9 part water

It looks a bit under watered but the soil looks pretty wet so maybe it is because it is getting too much Sun or it is too dry.
