Hello everyone!  
This is going to sound like a silly question but is this leaf normal? This is my anthurium magnificum and this leaf emerged roughly about 4 weeks ago possibly 5. I am 99% sure I don’t have any pests besides a very small issue with fungus gnats. The plant is under a grow light and sits beside a humidifier which you can slightly see in the photo. There are 3 more new leaves growing that are yet to pop out, it’s just this leaf doesn’t look like the rest and I wonder what I am doing wrong? Any and all advice is welcome and greatly appreciated!

Do you see any pests (thrips or something similar?)

The other leaves - are they of normal size?

No I do not have any pests besides fungus gnats

Yes, some are smaller and some are bigger than this one

Over/under watering. Low humidity. Root rot. Lack of nutrients. 🤷‍♀️

This is where I am lost because the plant is in a self watering pot, humidity sits at around 75%, and it receives fertiliser at minimum every other feed so I’m not sure where I’m going wrong

Check the roots and if that’s good then I’ve literally ran out of knowledge LOL

I’m kind of hoping it’s the roots because then I will have a logical reason as to what is going on 😭 thank you ☺️

How close to the grow light? Could be bleaching from being too close.

To be fair it is pretty close to it.
