I got in an order of plants, so I thought I'd post some pics of how they were packaged, since there was the post on how to ship plants safely. These are all 3-4" pots, and folded paper towel was put to cover the drainage holes, a damp paper towel was tucked all around the soil medium, then saran wrap tapped down over the towel to keep it in place and keep iin humidity. (You can just do a paper tape too). Then polyfil is placed around the leaves, and the plant is rolled in paper and taped up. Then taped down into the shipping box to avoid shifting and crushing. This was shipped next day, so no heat pak, but usually it'd be wrapped in paper and taped to the top of the box or o. The opposite side, you don't want it to close to the plants.

Ch Garden off Etsy. 2nd time I've ordered from them. The plants look healthy but there was some white powdery stuff in the petioles that look like mealy bug residue, so definitely got sprayed down and put into QT. there's a few vendors with them now. Rare Plant Fairy on IG had a few too

I’m moving soon and need to mail my plants to myself, so this post is just in time!!
