all of the leaves on my rubber tree are damaged :( should i just remove them all??

Pulling off some of the leaves will encourage new growth but if you remove all of them at the same time it won’t be able to photosynthesis properly and can stress the plant. Without a picture, it’s hard to tell but 75% damaged or more, I’d remove it but only up to 1/3rd of the whole plant to avoid stress. Hope that helps!
