do you mean the yellow bits up top? those are normal. that's the sheath that the leaves grew in, it is supposed to die. the yellowing at the base of the stem is very concerning though. check for root rot \& any possible pests. you could also be overwatering it

I meant like where it’s turning yellow on the green stems
