While the meanings behind them aren’t super in-depth, I love the constant reminders of my friends who gave them to me. I like to give them random updates on them to let them know I’m thinking of them. Most recent update I gave was the other day – my friends gifted me a Salsa begonia for my birthday in January. It was more on the green side, so I named it “Chimichurri.” 😆 Over the past few months, it’s produced the most stunning and vibrant leaves. We found out later the company we paid for the cremation service was running a scam and the ashes we have aren’t him. A thanksgiving cactus. The little cuttings are now a giant bush!
