# New leaf!!! I am so proud rn she has matured 🥺 I cannot wait until…

New leaf!!! I am so proud rn she has matured 🥺 I cannot wait until it hardens ☺️ When it was all curled I saw one fenestration, and then a couple days later the leaf exposed two more :) should I expect every leaf that follows to have fenestrations?

If the plant is getting enough light then yes! Sometimes monsteras will put out leaves without or less fenestrations when they have had them before. But I’ve mostly seen that with propagations

Light and something to climb will make each leaf bigger and increase fenestrations.
