Hi everyone 👋 , I just joined a few days ago \& I have a few questions , 1 could you tell me what this plant is called ? It never came it any info \& 2 I have been taking care of these dish gardens for for neighbor , could you tell when I would need to take these plants out \& put them in their on planter .... Thanks l

How big is the plant on the left? It looks like in may be some type of alocasia or maybe an elephant ear?
