does my prickly pear need more light? the paddles look to be stretching but they're definitely widening out despite it. this is my first cactus so i'm a little confused LOL

Yes! Cactus need full sun throughout the day to grow correctly. Not the end of the word but If you can get him more sun the better your shoots will grow
