# hello planta community! it’s been a while. i was hoping i could find…

hello planta community! it’s been a while. i was hoping i could find out what’s going on with my peppermint smoothie hibiscus i purchased on my birthday last month. i believe i have overwatered it but i’m not entirely sure. it was inside but it started to become warmer in my zone so i thought it was safe to put outside. we went through a cold spell so i brought back inside but it had already started to yellow in some leaves and become a bit crunchy. i checked the soil and it was still moist so that’s why i believe it was overwatered. but any help would be appreciated. tyia!

I could be wrong but I do believe yellow leaves would indicate overwatering. Doesn’t look bad though!
