Take those rocks off the top so you can check the soil and roots. I took all the soil off and put it completely in water and now they both love it.

I don’t know how to take the rocks off maybe I’ll have to take it up to Lowe’s where I got it and see how to repot it

You can lightly tug at the stalks to loosen it up. I even poked at the rocks as much as I could to break up some of the glue.
